Cantine Maschio's Chardonnay is a straightforward and versatile wine; it is light and quite fruity, with a marked note of apple, and a bright straw yellow color. The exaltation of these characteristics is also due to the short cold maceration of the grapes before extraction of the must, and is confirmed during the second fermentation by operating at low temperatures. This preserves the natural acidity of the grapes and makes the wine savory and very easy to drink.
Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with delicate fish-based dishes.
