The Classic Montana is the first meat in jelly with environmental product certification (EPD). Furthermore, what distinguishes Montana meat is an all-Italian production chain. We select the cuts using only the lean part of the muscle, which is cooked, sliced and packaged with the addition of the gelatin obtained from its natural broth. Montana jellied meat is a lean product (only 1.2% fat) and is a safe choice also for celiacs (AIC handbook).
