Fiano is one of the most typical and representative grapes of Campania. The grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September at very early ripening and vinified in purity to enhance their peculiar characteristics. The result is a particularly typical wine, with a straw color, a pleasantly fruity aroma and a dry, harmonious, delicate flavor. It goes well with appetizers and first courses of sea, vegetables and white meat; with grilled and fried fish or vegetables.
